A delicious Finnish dish featuring tender potatoes and succulent salmon, topped with a creamy dill sauce. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 200 g salmon
- 100 g cream
- 1 dl fresh dill
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. In a pan, melt the butter and cook the salmon until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream, chopped dill, and lemon juice together.
4. Drain the boiled potatoes and place them on a plate.
5. Top the potatoes with the cooked salmon and drizzle the cream mixture over the entire dish.
6. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and serve immediately.
