Ingredients:
- 500 g grilled sausages
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 100 ml ketchup
- 100 ml mustard
- 100 ml chopped fresh parsley
- Grilled vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
3. Rub the spice mixture onto the surface of the grilled sausages.
4. Grill the sausages for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
5. Prepare the dipping sauces by mixing together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
6. Grill the vegetables until they are soft and have a nice color.
7. Serve the grilled sausages with the vegetables and dipping sauces. Garnish with fresh parsley.
