Ingredients:
- 800 g beef tenderloin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Take the beef tenderloin out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice.
3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the surface of the beef tenderloin.
4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
5. Grill the tenderloin for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness is reached (medium rare is about 55-60 °C).
6. Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
7. Slice the steaks and serve with your favorite side dishes.
