- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion

Instructions:
1. Prepare the grill and heat it to medium heat.
2. Cut the meat and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Slice the bell peppers and zucchini, and halve then slice the onion.
3. In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients and add the meat pieces. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
