A simple and delicious recipe for grilled chicken and vegetables, perfect for balcony grilling. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp grilling seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Start by washing and chopping the vegetables: cube the bell peppers, slice the zucchini, and wedge the red onion.2. Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and season with grilling seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix well.
3. In another bowl, add the chopped vegetables, the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine evenly.
4. Preheat the Weber Pulse electric grill to medium heat.
5. Place the chicken fillets on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
6. Meanwhile, grill the vegetables separately in a grill pan or directly on the grill for about 10-12 minutes until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
7. Serve the grilled chicken with the grilled vegetables, garnished with fresh parsley.
