A delicious and traditional pizza that combines fresh ingredients and flavorful combinations. This recipe is a great way to welcome a new season of indulgence. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 250 g pizza flour- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet (7 g) dry yeast
- 150 ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 200 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g pepperoni or ham
- 1 dl fresh basil leaves
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the pizza flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.2. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Roll out the dough into two thin pizza bases.
6. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza bases.
7. Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni or ham, and basil leaves.
8. Season with black pepper.
9. Bake the pizzas in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
10. Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
