Ingredients
- Auramuruja
- Sinappikurkkusalaattia
- Kermaviiliä
- Ylikypsää kinkkua
- Well-drained crushed pineapple
- Sun-dried cream cheese
- Fresh cucumber
- Ham pâté
- Cheese filling (Cheddar)
- Light loaf bread or toast
- Cherry tomatoes
- Traditional crispbread
- Meat broth
- Thin slices of meetwurst
Instructions
1. Prepare the filling by mixing the auramurut, sinappikurkkusalaatti, kermaviili, ylikypsä kinkku, and well-drained crushed pineapple in a bowl.
2. Add the sun-dried cream cheese and finely chopped fresh cucumber to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Take the loaf bread or crispbreads and spread a layer of ham pâté on them.
4. Evenly spread the filling on top of the bread or crispbreads.
5. Add the cheese filling and spread it evenly across the surface.
6. Decorate with cherry tomatoes and slices of meetwurst.
7. Allow the cake to chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
8. Serve sliced.
