A rich and moist chocolate cake that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set but the center is still slightly moist.
8. Allow to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
