Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
