Scrumptious Tomato-Mozzarella Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute until golden.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they soften and begin to brown.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the tomatoes and mix well. If needed, add a bit of reserved cooking water to make the mixture creamier.
6. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and diced mozzarella until the cheese melts.
7. Serve the pasta topped with fresh basil. Enjoy!
