Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate-butter mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
