Ingredients:
- 1 dl buckwheat flour
- 0.5 dl ground flaxseed
- 0.5 dl chia seeds
- 2 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cumin (optional)
- Oil for greasing the waffle iron
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the buckwheat flour, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, salt, baking powder, and cumin.
2. Add water to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter sit for about 10-15 minutes to thicken.
3. Preheat the waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil.
4. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until the waffles are golden brown.
5. Serve the falafel waffles with tahini or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
