Ingredients:
- Falafel (store-bought or homemade)
- Buns
- Hummus
- Cabbage salad
- Feta cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh chili (optional)
- Chili mayonnaise (optional)
Cabbage Salad:
- Cabbage
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cabbage salad:
- Shred the cabbage and mix it with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for a while.
2. Prepare the falafel:
- If using store-bought falafel, heat them according to package instructions. If making from scratch, prepare the batter and fry the falafel.
3. Assemble the hot dogs:
- Take a bun and spread hummus on the bottom.
- Add falafel, cabbage salad, crumbled feta cheese, and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Optionally, add fresh chili and chili mayonnaise.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
