These juicy meatballs are a perfect addition to dinner or soup. They are easy to make and loved by the whole family!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground meat (beef, pork, or chicken)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk, and let the mixture soak for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground meat, egg, chopped onion, crushed garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well by hand or with a wooden spoon.
3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve the meatballs warm, for example with mashed potatoes or pasta.
