A delicious wild boar burger combining sweet cherries and spicy chilies for a unique flavor experience. Perfect for summer grilling!

Ingredients:

- 1 wild boar shoulder (approx. 3-4 kg)
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp dried and ground Aji Fantasya
- 2 tsp smoked, dried, and ground Aji Cristal
- 8 small onions
- 1 liter cherries, pitted
- 1 can chipotle chili in adobo sauce
- 1 liter Coca-Cola
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Hamburger buns
- Cole slaw (optional)

Instructions:

1. Season the wild boar shoulder with sea salt, pepper, Aji Fantasya, and Aji Cristal.
2. Place the shoulder in a roasting pan and add the chopped small onions around it.
3. Top the shoulder with cherries and chipotle chili.
4. Pour Coca-Cola into the pan as the liquid and cover the pan with a lid or foil.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 7-8 hours (you can also cook it overnight).
6. Turn the meat at least once during cooking.
7. Once cooked, shred the meat with forks and strain the liquid.
8. Mash the chilies, cherries, and onions with a fork and mix them into the meat.
9. Reserve about half of the liquid and simmer it down with brown sugar. Pour the mixture back into the meat.
10. Pack the meat with its juices into a container and take it to your grill or cabin.
11. Reheat the meat on the grill and fill the hamburger buns with the meat. Add cole slaw if desired.
