Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 300 g noodles or potatoes as a side
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles or potatoes according to package instructions and drain. 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
3. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are beautifully golden.
4. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and add them to the pan. Cook until the chicken is done.
5. Pour the white wine into the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the cream and mix well. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
7. Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
8. Serve the chicken and mushroom sauce over the noodles or potatoes.
