Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g fresh vegetables (e.g., bell peppers and zucchini)
- 150 g pasta (e.g., fusilli)
- 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 100 ml cream
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and crushed garlic. Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
4. Add the fresh vegetables to the pan and sauté until they are tender.
5. Mix the cooked pasta with the vegetables and chicken. Add cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
6. Serve the dishes on plates and garnish with fresh basil.
