- 400 g chicken fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Cook the chicken fillets in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
4. Add the sliced red onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for a few more minutes until the vegetables soften.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
