A delightful dinner with a friend that takes you on a culinary journey to France. Preparation time: 30 minutes, Serving size: 2.Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken fillets - 1 dl cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g fresh vegetables (e.g., broccoli and carrots)
- 150 g potatoes
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, and cook them in the pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
4. In a bowl, mix the cream, Dijon mustard, and honey. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Steam the vegetables by boiling them in a small pot for a couple of minutes.
6. Serve the chicken with the cream-mustard sauce, alongside the vegetables and boiled potatoes.
