A delicious and refreshing dish that brings joy to chilly November days. This recipe combines fresh ingredients and gives ginger a special place in the dish.

Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g sushi rice
- 2 dl water
- 4 nori sheets
- 100 g fresh salmon (or other fish)
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g ginger (such as Old Tom Ginger)
- Soy sauce for serving
- Wasabi (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain.
2. Cook the rice in water over medium heat for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Slice the salmon, avocado, and cucumber into strips.
4. Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat or clean surface.
5. Spread the rice evenly over the nori sheet, leaving the edges free.
6. Arrange the salmon, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
7. Add thinly sliced ginger over the fillings.
8. Roll the nori sheet tightly using the sushi mat for assistance.
9. Cut the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
10. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
