A quick and delicious noodle dish perfect for a weekday meal or a weekend treat. Preparation time is about 30 minutes and serves 4.Ingredients:
- 250 g noodles- 400 g chicken fillets, sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets and cook until golden brown.
3. Add the minced garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
4. Mix the soy sauce and honey together, then pour the mixture into the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Cook for a few more minutes.
5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the dish topped with fresh cilantro if desired.
