Ingredients:

- 300 g sausage (e.g., ring sausage)
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 l vegetable or meat broth
- 1 dl peas (frozen)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
2. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion for a few minutes.
3. Add the chopped potatoes and carrots to the pot and sauté for a moment.
4. Slice the sausage and add it to the pot.
5. Pour the vegetable or meat broth into the pot. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6. Add the peas to the soup and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
