Ingredients:

- 400 g sausages
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 small cabbage (e.g., white cabbage)
- 1 onion
- 1 l water
- 2 beef stock cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion.
2. Heat the water in a pot and add the beef stock cubes.
3. Add the potatoes, carrots, and onion to the water. Cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Chop the cabbage and add it to the pot. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
5. Finally, add the sausages to the soup and heat for a few more minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
