Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed vegetables (peas, corn, bell pepper)
- 400 g soup vegetable mix (carrot, rutabaga, celeriac)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- Water
- 150 g light sausages
- 150 g carrots
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 350 g potatoes
- 250 g mixed vegetables (carrot, asparagus, cauliflower)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes.
2. Boil water in a pot and add the soup vegetables, spices, and chicken bouillon cube.
3. Add the chopped potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and sausages to the soup and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are tender.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or pepper if needed.
