- 300 g beets

- 200 g sauerkraut

- 100 g butter
- 1 dl cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, rutabaga, and beets. Boil the vegetables in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender.
2. Sauté the fish and meat in butter, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook the fish for about 5-7 minutes on each side and cook the meat to your preferred doneness.
