- 300 g potatoes
- 150 g carrots
- 100 g peas

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
2. Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
3. Add the peas to the boiling water for the last 3-5 minutes.
4. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Cut the salmon into portions and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
6. Sauté the salmon pieces in a pan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
