A refreshing and flavorful salad featuring tender beef and vibrant vegetables.

Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g beef (such as entrecôte or tenderloin)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil (such as peanut or sesame oil)
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1-2 chilies, sliced (to taste)
- 150 g mixed salad greens (such as iceberg and arugula)
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the grated ginger and chili, sauté for about 1 minute.
2. Add the beef to the pan and cook to your desired doneness. Season with soy sauce. Remove the pan from heat and let the beef rest for a moment.
3. Prepare the salad: place the mixed greens, bell pepper, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.
4. Slice the beef thinly and add it to the salad.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy the Asian flavors!
