Ingredients:
- 2 dl corn flour
- 4 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
For Serving:
- Creamy avocado-almond spread
- TABASCO® Sauce
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the corn flour, water, and salt until you have a smooth batter.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Pour the batter into the skillet, forming pancakes of your desired size.
4. Cook the pancakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
5. Serve the pancakes with the creamy avocado-almond spread and a drizzle of TABASCO® Sauce.
