Ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets- 2 cups corn flakes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).2. Crush the corn flakes into fine crumbs and place them on a plate.
3. Prepare another plate with all-purpose flour and a third bowl with the eggs. Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk lightly.
4. Season the flour with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
5. Dip the chicken fillets first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat them well with the corn flakes.
6. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Transfer the fried fillets to a baking dish and bake in the oven for an additional 10 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.
