Ingredients:
- 3 Alaska pollock fillets (frozen)- 4 dl corn flakes (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder (ground)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Remove the Alaska pollock fillets from the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature.
3. Crush the corn flakes into coarse crumbs.
4. In a bowl, mix the crushed corn flakes, salt, and chili powder together.
5. Dip the Alaska pollock fillets in water, then coat them in the corn flake mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
6. Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the fillets are cooked through and golden brown on top.
8. Serve warm on a bed of salad or with a dip.
