Ingredients:

- 4 egg whites
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 200 g frozen berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 100°C (210°F).
2. Whip the egg whites in a clean bowl until they start to froth.
3. Gradually add the sugar to the egg whites while continuing to whip until the mixture is stiff and glossy.
4. Gently fold in the cornstarch and white vinegar.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the meringue mixture into desired shapes, either blobs or peaks.
6. Bake the meringues in the oven for about 1 hour, until they are dry and crisp.
7. Remove the meringues from the oven and let them cool.
8. Serve the meringues with the frozen berries.
