Ingredients:
- 150 g cornflakes - 75 g butter
- 200 g frozen berries
- 2 cups (400 g) vanilla yogurt
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.2. Add the cornflakes to the melted butter and stir well until the flakes are nicely coated.
3. Spread the cornflake mixture evenly in a baking dish or serving bowl.
4. Mix the frozen berries with the vanilla yogurt. Add sugar to taste.
5. Pour the berry yogurt mixture over the cornflake base.
6. Gently pour the milk over the yogurt layer.
7. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
