A delightful treat combining the sweetness of mulberries with the tartness of lingonberries, perfect for a healthy snack! Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 10 bites
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup melted coconut butter
- 1 - 2 tablespoons honey
- A pinch of finely ground salt
- 1 cup mulberries, lightly chopped
- 3 tablespoons lingonberry powder
- (For finishing: coconut flakes)
Instructions:
1. Melt the coconut oil and coconut butter in a double boiler.
2. Once melted, add honey and salt to the mixture. Stir well.
3. Incorporate the chopped mulberries and lingonberry powder into the mixture. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into chocolate molds.
5. Place the molds in the freezer for a short time until the mixture is fully set.
6. Remove the bites from the molds and store them in a cool place.
