Ingredients:

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup sugar (or sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
3. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and egg.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Add the berries on top of the mixture. You can also sprinkle nuts or seeds if desired.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
