Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet.
4. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the vegetables evenly.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
