A delightful dish of sweet dough dumplings filled with savory king oyster mushrooms and bok choy. Perfectly paired with Gato Negro Semi Sweet White wine.

Ingredients

- 200 g flour
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 g king oyster mushrooms
- 100 g bok choy
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix flour, water, and oil until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
2. Chop the king oyster mushrooms and bok choy into small pieces. Combine them in a bowl with soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
3. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into circles.
4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold the dumplings tightly.
5. Steam the dumplings in a steamer for about 10-15 minutes.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry the steamed dumplings on both sides until golden brown.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy with Gato Negro Semi Sweet White wine.
