Delicious dumplings perfect for dinner or celebrations, filled with flavor and customizable to your taste.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 250 g flour
- 125 ml water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 g ground meat (chicken, pork, or tofu)
- 1/2 dl finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 dl cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and water. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling by combining ground meat, green onion, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and seasoning with salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
4. Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
5. Cook the dumplings by steaming, pan-frying, or boiling. Steam for about 10-15 minutes or pan-fry until golden brown.
6. Serve the dumplings with soy sauce or chili sauce.
