Ingredients:
- 500 g pork stomach - 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the pork stomach under cold water and cut it into bite-sized pieces. 2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork stomach pieces and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.
3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for another minute.
4. Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
5. Add the chopped green onions and sliced chili, stir, and simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
