Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
