Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, carrot, and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Continue to stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
