A quick and colorful stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional for thickening)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly.
5. If desired, add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce, stirring until well combined and heated through.
6. Stir in the green onions just before serving.
7. Serve hot over rice or noodles if desired.
