Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables. Stir well to combine, cooking for another 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
