Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing the vegetables to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa. Enjoy!
