A quick and colorful vegetable stir-fry packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Add the minced garlic and stir for an additional minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice.
