Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Stir well for another minute to combine the flavors.
7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
