Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired and serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
