Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
