Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing the vegetables to coat evenly.
5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
