Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir to combine all ingredients and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
