Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Stir in the bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Add the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables, stirring to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
